Seminar "Artificial Intelligence with MATLAB"

The IT Center, in collaboration with Mentor Hellas (MATLAB representative in Greece), is organizing an educational seminar on MATLAB for artificial intelligence topics.

Details

• Date: April 3, 2024
• Announcement: The seminar will take place on Monday, April 15, 2024, from 9:00-12:00 at the Central Computer Lab of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (ground floor of the Central Library).
• Duration: 3 hours
• Target audience: Postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, and faculty members
• Participation: The seminar will include practical exercises on computers through examples on the following topics:
  • Basic principles of Artificial Intelligence
  • Example of analyzing unlabeled data
  • Example of classification using machine learning
  • Example of classification using deep learning
  • Additional educational material

Requirements

• The number of places is limited and requires registration.
• Selection is based on the order of submission of the application.
• Participation via Zoom is also available for all members of the university community.

• For participation, connection with the institutional account is required.
• Instructions for participating in a Zoom lecture can be found here.
• It is noted that certificates of participation will not be issued for attending the seminar.
