Program Description

The program aims to train students in the use of genomics tools to respond to current ecological challenges. The pedagogical content of the program combines the scientific skills of three different disciplines: ecology, genomics, and bioinformatics. These disciplines are addressed in teachings throughout the program, with an emphasis on continuity and the acquisition of autonomy in conducting genomics projects.

  • Field and sampling (S1)
  • Sample preparation, molecular biology, and sequencing (S2)
  • Bioinformatic analyzes and communication of results (S3)
• The program emphasizes the understanding and practical application of the approaches taught, with a focus on collaborative work and the completion of a research project from initiation to valorization.
