Singing Workshop

The Atelier Chant is a program directed by Stéphanie Ballandrin - Bulin, who is a vocal coach, artistic director, choir conductor, and singer. She teaches vocal techniques and singing in various structures in the Ain department.

• Description: Singing is simple and accessible to everyone, and it has numerous benefits, including reducing stress, improving mood, and creating a positive collective energy. Singing also stimulates the brain, improves oxygenation, and boosts well-being hormones like dopamine, oxytocin, and endorphins.
• Who: The program is open to beginners and experienced participants.
• Where: The program takes place at the IUT Lyon 1 in Bourg-en-Bresse, in a room to be determined.
• When: The program is held every Thursday from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm, with the first session on Thursday, September 18, 2025. There are 26 sessions, and no sessions are held during university vacations, holidays, or administrative closures.
