Program Overview

The Diplôme d'Etudes Spécialisées de Gériatrie is a specialized degree program in geriatrics, focusing on the medical care of older adults. The program aims to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to provide high-quality care to older patients.


Program Objectives

The program's objectives include:


  • Mastering the diagnostic approach, etiology, and prognosis for each patient

  • Dispensing comprehensive gerontological evaluations
  • Evaluating and limiting iatrogenic risk

The program consists of three phases:
