Unit of Teaching: Lean
Description
The objective of this module is to understand the concepts of Lean management and Lean IT. These concepts are illustrated by the simulation of a manufacturing workshop.
Program
The program uses the SynchroLean simulation game to illustrate and put into practice the principles and tools of operational efficiency (Lean) in the context of a production and distribution logistics chain simulation.
