University Program Information

The Department of Port and Shipping Management participates in the Erasmus+ student exchange program, encouraging mobility among European universities. The program allows students to study abroad for a specified period, with the possibility of recognizing courses taken at the host university.

ERASMUS+ Program

• The program provides financial support to students, although it does not cover all expenses.
• The duration of participation is from three to six months.
• All registered students in undergraduate or graduate programs, as well as those pursuing doctoral studies, are eligible to participate.
• Applications for participation are submitted during the current academic year for mobility planned for the next year.
• The program is regulated by the Institutional Erasmus+ Basic Action 1 Implementation Regulation.

CIVIS Program

• The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens is a member of the CIVIS European University network, offering students additional opportunities for short-term studies at other European universities within the network.
• The Department promotes and participates in the actions of the Department of International Academic Programs and Other Educational Activities of the Institution.
• Mobility is centrally funded with a one-time amount to cover needs for the duration of the stay.
