Qualitõtsmanagement-Fachkraft (Nach QM-Norm ISO 9001:2015)

Introduction

The Qualitõtsmanagement-Fachkraft (Quality Management Specialist) program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement and maintain a quality management system in the healthcare and social services sector. The program is based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which is widely recognized as the international standard for quality management systems.

Program Description

The program covers the fundamentals of quality management, including the development of quality management systems, process management, and documentation requirements. Participants will learn how to identify and analyze quality-related problems, develop and implement corrective actions, and evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems.

Target Audience

The program is designed for professionals working in the healthcare and social services sector, including:

• Fach- und F³hrungskrõfte (specialist and executive staff) from all areas of healthcare and social services
• Mitarbeiter*innen (employees) from all areas and levels of healthcare and social services organizations who are involved in quality management systems

Admission Requirements

To participate in the program, applicants must have an employment relationship with the Universitõtsmedizin Mainz (University Medical Center Mainz) or the Johannes Gutenberg-Universitõt Mainz (Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz). Applicants must also provide the following documents:

• Kopie Examenszeugnis (copy of diploma)
• Erlaubnisurkunde zum F³hren der Berufsbezeichnung (copy of professional license)
• Tõtigkeitsnachweis/e (proof of employment)

Program Details

The program will take place from February 9-13, 2026, and will be held online using MS-Teams. The program consists of 42 hours of instruction and will be limited to 20 participants. The program fee is 1,700 EUR.

The program curriculum includes the following topics:

• Grundlagen und Entwicklung des Qualitõtsmanagements (fundamentals and development of quality management)
• Arten von Managementsystemen (types of management systems)
• Einf³hrung in das Prozessmanagement (introduction to process management)
• Dokumentationsanforderungen und -systeme (documentation requirements and systems)
• ▄bersicht ³ber QM-relevante Normen (overview of quality management-related standards)
• ▄berblick ³ber die QM-Norm ISO 9001:2015 (overview of the ISO 9001:2015 standard)
• Grundsõtze der Statistik f³r Anwendungen im Qualitõtsmanagement (principles of statistics for quality management applications)
• Prozessbeherrschung und Qualitõtsregelkarten (process control and quality control charts)
• Messungen und Pr³fungen (measurements and tests)
• QM-Methoden und -Tools (quality management methods and tools)

Assessment

The program includes a written examination at the end of the course, which consists of 40 multiple-choice questions and must be completed within 60 minutes. The passing grade is 60%.

Certificate

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a digital certificate.

Instructors

The program will be taught by instructors from the T▄V S³d Akademie GmbH, including Frau Dr. Welz-Spiegel.

Location

The program will be held online using MS-Teams.
