Sports Leadership Program Outline
The Sports Leadership program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of sports leadership. The program consists of six modules, each taught by an experienced instructor.
Module 1: Foundations of Sports Leadership
Taught by Ian Mendes, this module covers the history and evolution of sports leadership, leadership styles and philosophies, ethical decision-making, and the importance of communication in sports leadership.

- Why communication matters: Learn the impact of effective internal communication and how to strike the right balance to avoid meeting overload.
Module 2: Team Building and Motivation
Taught by Rob Smart, this module focuses on the principles of team dynamics, coaching strategies for peak performance, handling conflicts, and fostering collaboration.
