Educational Objectives
The objectives of this course include:
- Knowing the scientific prerequisites related to art therapies and their therapeutic-rehabilitative potential
- Understanding the main models of graphic rehabilitation techniques and body expression, particularly theater and music therapy, and their application in psychiatric rehabilitation planning
- Acquiring basic skills, reception, and relationship skills in music therapy and theater therapy laboratories
- Developing abilities in constructing and using tools and questionnaires in the expressive and sound-music fields
Prerequisites for Acquiring Information
To acquire the information and techniques treated in the course, students should possess:
- A decent understanding of the main themes treated in the aesthetic and rehabilitative fields
- Good knowledge in the humanistic field and in reference to the current socio-cultural context
- Basic knowledge of interaction with groups, clinical, pedagogical, and psychological knowledge
