Course Description

This education programme is only available in Dutch. During this course, the following topics will be addressed through developments in legislation and case law:

• Supervision of compliance
• The preparation, imposition, and enforcement of administrative orders and financial penalties
• The balancing of interests in enforcement

The emphasis will be on the enforcement of environmental law, but other examples from administrative enforcement practice may also be discussed.
