Overview
The Master 2 DRTPS aims to provide high-level training for future social law jurists who will intervene in various professional sectors. The program takes into account the economic context of businesses and develops knowledge in labor law and social protection law to analyze and treat legal situations.
Objectives
The program's objectives include:

- Addressing the needs of human resources services, professional and trade union organizations, and conflict resolution
Prerequisites
Mandatory Prerequisites
- Master 1: License in law with courses and tutorials in labor law in L3
- Master 2: Required level to enter the program: Bac + 4 or equivalent, with EU credits in social law, contract technique, and labor contracts
Recommended Prerequisites
- Solid foundation in social law (labor law and social protection law)
- Master 1: Business law, courses, and tutorials in labor law in L3
- Master 2: Repressive labor law, social litigation, social and employment policy, and business law in difficulty

Training and Research
The diploma is attached to the Centre de Droit Social (CDS UR 901), which is composed of 15 specialized teachers in social law. The team's excellence is recognized, and the articulation of training and research is coherent.

The Master 2 DRTPS aims to develop specific skills in social law, including:

Internships and Supervised Projects
- Master 1: Research thesis and internship
- Master 2: Choice between a minimum two-month internship with a research thesis and a report, or an alternation with a research thesis and an activity report
