Objectives

The program aims to develop the reflection and creativity of a group of high-level students, providing them with a more demanding education.

Target Audience

The program is designed for L1 and L2 students who have obtained good results in their license exams, within the limits of available places fixed by the Acadťmie de Droit.

Admission Conditions

Recruitment of candidates from L1 and L2 is based on their dossier and possibly an individual interview.

Knowledge to be Acquired

In-depth study of the legal environment, fundamentals of law, knowledge of various legal systems, and the links between theory and practice of law.

Skills to be Acquired

Mastery of fundamental reflection on legal systems, legal methodology, modes of reasoning of jurists, and the reciprocal contributions of the academic and professional worlds. Reasoning and legal methodology analysis and synthesis of documents, argumentation, rhetoric, and method of oral and written expression.
