Introduction to Drawing & Printmaking 1 Unit
The Drawing & Printmaking 1 unit introduces students to the techniques of drawing and printmaking as processes of enquiry and creation. Students will learn about the technical and material possibilities of both mediums and how to use a studio as both a site and tool of production.

- Teaching Pattern: On Campus (Hobart and Launceston) Weekly Workshops (3 hours) Plus an additional 7 hours engagement with unit content and self-directed learning per week

- Drawing & printmaking work in response to a brief (20%)

- Final project, folio and support work including journal and artist statement (50%)
