Upon completion of this unit, students will be able to:
- Outline the common presenting features of acute and chronic conditions/diseases.
- Identify medication-related problems and/or health issues that may actually or potentially impact the patient.
- Design patient-centred therapeutic plans that incorporate appropriate monitoring strategies and non-pharmacological interventions to enhance health outcomes.
- Interpret diagnostic and clinical data to inform and optimise patient care.
