Program Overview

The University of Salamanca offers a Mentoring Program, which provides 50 places for students from all branches of knowledge. The program is designed to accompany students in the final phase of their studies and facilitate their incorporation into the workforce.

• The program is directed at students in their final year of undergraduate or double degree studies from all faculties of the University of Salamanca.
• 50 places are available, distributed across five branches of knowledge:
  • Arts and Humanities
  • Sciences
  • Health Sciences
  • Social and Legal Sciences
  • Engineering and Architecture
• The program aims to strengthen the competencies most valued by companies, such as responsibility, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking, thereby improving the employability of future graduates.

The primary objective of the Mentoring Program is to support students in their transition from academia to the professional world by enhancing their skills and competencies.

Eligibility and Admission

• The program is open to students of all disciplines in their final year of study.
• The admission criteria include being in the final year of an undergraduate or double degree program at the University of Salamanca.

Program Structure

The program is a collaborative effort between the Service of Professional Insertion, Practices, and Employment (SIPPE) and Alumni-USAL, aiming to provide a comprehensive mentoring experience that prepares students for the workforce.

• The program runs from 2025 to 2026, offering a structured mentoring experience over the academic year.
