- Individuals who have earned or are expected to earn a master's degree or a specialized degree in a foreign country by March 2026
- Individuals who are 24 years of age or older as of March 2026, and whose qualification is recognized as equivalent to a master's degree or a specialized degree as the result of the Eligibility Screening conducted by the university

- Payment of Tuition: Annual tuition fee for the student using the Register Extending System is calculated based on the number of years of the original duration of study and the number of years the student uses the system.
