Introduction to the Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration and Management

The Bachelor's degree in Economic and Social Administration (AES) is a multidisciplinary program covering the fields of law, economics, and management. The third year of the bachelor's degree is a year of specialization, with the Public Administration and Management program designed to train future versatile managers in the public sector.


Program Objectives

The L3 Public Administration and Management program aims to enable students to master all aspects of public intervention. Upon completion of the program, they will be able to:


  • Intervene in any general organizational issues, organize and coordinate for a superior the drafting and transmission of essential information to the structure that employs them.
  • Diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of a business, formulate proposals and alternative strategies.
  • Implement the political and economic objectives of decision-making bodies
  • Exercise supervisory responsibilities
  • Supervise, organize, and coordinate a team of employees from one or more departments

Know-how and Skills

The program provides students with:


  • Acquisition of fundamental knowledge in the field of management of organizations in the commercial and non-commercial sectors, in a national and international environment.
  • Preparation for civil service exams
  • Analytical thinking and responsiveness in a constantly changing socio-economic environment
  • Social and interpersonal skills necessary to understand the challenges faced by individuals and organizations within structures of varying sizes and sectors
  • Knowledge, methods, and management tools essential to the socio-economic, technical, and managerial functioning of public and private organizations
