This theatrical workshop, led by Catherine Gilleron and Rťmi Poppeschi, explores the human tendency to idealize the past. Through a combination of training and theatrical performance, participants will delve into the reasons behind the notion that "things were better before." The workshop is divided into two main stages: training and theatrical performance. The goal is to form a "collective game" and work on the spatial arrangement of a corpus of texts for the presentation of the work.

Details

• The workshop is open to all levels and is reserved for students and staff of the University of Lille.
• The workshop takes place on Tuesdays from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Thť‚tre de La VerriŤre, located at 28 rue Alphonse Mercier in Lille.

Instructors

• Rťmi Poppeschi: Actor, author, and director with the L'Onde Thť‚trale company.
• Catherine Gilleron: Actress who has worked with the Thť‚tre de la Dťcouverte, La VerriŤre, and numerous regional companies, and has also directed, written, and adapted plays for various theaters.
