Kalasin University is a public university located in Kalasin, Thailand. It was established in 2015 by merging Kalasin Rajabhat University and Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Kalasin Campus. The university spans across four locations, encompassing a total area of 3,800 rai (approximately 1,520 acres).

Faculty of Engineering and Industrial Technology:

Focuses on producing qualified teachers with knowledge, skills, and professional ethics, ready to lead education at various levels. The faculty aims to create new educational innovations and teaching technologies to enhance the quality of education, support research and development in education, and foster collaboration with communities and other educational institutions to ensure a sustainable education system.

The university emphasizes its commitment to local development and sustainability. It aims to become the leading university for local development by 2027. The university also has a research and training center in Phu Sing, dedicated to research on natural resources, forest conservation, and environmental development. This center serves as a learning resource for students and researchers to study local ecosystems and resource conservation.
