Government Medical College Kozhikode, also known as Calicut Medical College, is a premier medical institution located in Kozhikode, Kerala. Established in 1957, it is the second medical college in Kerala and has grown into a leading center for medical education in the state. The sprawling campus covers 270 acres (1.1 km²) and is situated about 8 km east of Kozhikode city. It was initially affiliated with the University of Calicut and is now affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS).
