Graduate Certificate in Marketing

The Graduate Certificate in Marketing from UNC Greensboro's Bryan School of Business and Economics is a 12-credit-hour program designed to be flexible enough to fit a busy schedule. This program provides strategic marketing insights essential for navigating today's dynamic business landscape, allowing students to add value on the job with what they learn.

Certificate Curriculum

All coursework is transferable to the MBA program, and certificate students enroll in the same semester-long classes as UNCG MBA students. The certificate requires 12 credit hours of course credit and can be completed online in as little as one year. All courses are 3 credit hours each.

Elective Curriculum

Choose 3 from the following courses:

• MBA 730: Marketing Research
• MBA 731: Brand Management
• MBA 732: Consumer Behavior
• MBA 733: International Marketing Management
• MBA 734: Digital Marketing Analytics

• Spring Semester: November 15

Application Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) from an accredited institution
  • For U.S. degrees, one official transcript from all previous academic institutions.
  • For international degrees, a course-by-course evaluation from a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) service, showing proof of U.S. bachelor's degree equivalency, credit hours, and GPA.
• Statement of purpose
• Three references
• 60-second video introducing yourself
• Resume
• Online application and $65 fee
• Evidence of English language proficiency (for non-native English speakers)

These estimated program costs include tuition and fees based on the Graduate Tuition and Fee Schedule and do not include the cost of housing or student health insurance.

Assumes 12 credit hours of part-time study for 1 year.
