Difference Year

The difference year is designed for students who have completed a related undergraduate study program and wish to enroll in a graduate study program.

Required Courses for Different Years

Students must enroll in the following courses:

• MATHEMATICS II (Mathematics II)
• Mechanics II
• PROBABILITY AND STATISTICS (Probability and Statistics)
• FUNDAMENTALS OF TRAFFIC ENGINEERING (Fundamentals of Traffic Engineering)
• 4 PROFESSIONAL COURSES (4 professional courses in the field)

Admission Requirements

To be admitted to the difference year, applicants must submit the following documents:

1. Application form for enrollment in the difference year of study (Application form for enrollment in the difference year)
2. Proof of payment for application fees
3. Certificate of completion of undergraduate study
4. Transcript of grades/supplementary document (Transcript of grades)
5. Curriculum and program for completed courses

Tuition Fees

The tuition fee for the difference year is calculated based on the number of ECTS credits enrolled, with a value of 18.58 EUR per ECTS credit.

• Enrollment fee: 60.00 EUR
• Tuition fee: calculated based on the number of ECTS credits enrolled

Important Dates

• Receiving applications for enrollment in the difference year of study (Application period for enrollment in the difference year): August 24, 2026, to September 25, 2026 (until 13:00)
