Introduction to the RMBS MBA & Yale MAM Degree Program

The RMBS MBA & Yale MAM Degree Program is a concurrent master's degree program offered by RMBS and Yale School of Management, starting from 2012. This program allows candidates to earn both an RMBS MBA degree and a Yale MAM degree.

Program Overview

The MAM program at Yale School of Management is only open to MBA students from GNAM (Global Network for Advanced Management) member schools. Candidates of the concurrent degree program spend the first year studying at RMBS as a MBA student, and the second year at Yale School of Management as a MAM student. The goal of the program is to enhance MBA students' management capabilities under complex international business contexts and cultivate them as future global business leaders.

MAM Program Details

The MAM program is a 9-month post-MBA degree that attracts global talent from an exclusive network of 30 top business schools (Global Network for Advanced Management). The program provides a unique, individualized curriculum grounded in the extraordinary reach of Yale University, conversations with leaders from across sectors, connection to new global networks, and full access to the vast resources of the Yale SOM Career Development Office.

• Eligible candidates include extraordinary MBA students from Renmin University of China Business School, as well as RMBS MBA Alumni
• Application deadlines for the 2026 intake:
  • Round 1: December 1, 2025
  • Round 1: January 12, 2026
  • Round 2: February 23, 2026
  • Round 3: March 30, 2026
• RMBS internal application open: December; Deadline: April
