The Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management with Organisational Psychology is a 1-year part-time top-up programme offered in collaboration with Edinburgh Napier University (ENU) and the School of Continuing Education (SCE) of Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). This programme provides students with the knowledge and skills of Human Resource Management, drawing on theoretical, practical, and business-focused perspectives, combined with the study of key areas of psychology.

Teaching and Learning
Each module comprises 12 lecture hours and 12 tutorial hours, along with independent study. Lectures are given by faculty members of both ENU and HKBU-SCE, and tutorials are conducted by local experienced lecturers. Classes are held on the Kowloon Tong Campus of HKBU or at other SCE Learning Centres, usually on weekday evenings, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays.
Award
Students who have successfully completed and passed the stipulated modules will be awarded the Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management with Organisational Psychology by Edinburgh Napier University.
Programme Structure
This is a 1-year part-time top-up to Year 3 degree programme, which comprises 6 modules:
- Human Resource Development - 20 credit points
- Managing the Employment Relationship - 20 credit points
- Organisational Change Management - 20 credit points
- Work Psychology - 20 credit points
- Individual Differences 2 - 20 credit points
- Strategic Management in a Global Context - 20 credit points

Admission Requirements
The ENU Programme Leader will assess a candidate's suitability for the programme. Applicants can apply for admission through a variety of means, with their respective qualifications to be considered and assessed individually as follows:
- Direct entry will be granted to those holding any of the following qualifications awarded by HKBU-SCE:
- Higher Diploma in Management
- Advanced Diploma in Business (including the course on "Business Statistics")
- Advanced Diploma in Business Management (including the course on "Business Statistics")
- Conditional offer will be granted to those with:
- HKBU-SCE Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management
- HKBU-SCE Advanced Diploma in Business (Leisure, Recreation and Sports Administration)
- Holders of other equivalent qualifications will also be considered
- Students should have a sufficient level of English proficiency to be able to fully benefit from the programme
Application Procedure
- Fill in the required data in the application system
- Upload the following documents onto the system:
- A recent passport-size photograph
- A photocopy of HKID Card
- Proof of academic certificates and transcripts
- Pay an application fee of HK$200 upon submission of the application
Fees
- Application Fee: HK$200
- Tuition Fee: HK$80,700 (in three instalments)
Financial Assistance
Students are eligible to apply for the Extended Non-mean-tested Loan scheme (ENLS) administered by the Hong Kong Government Student Financial Assistance Agency (SFAA). HKBU Hang Seng Credit Card holders are also eligible to apply for interest-free instalment plans.
