Certificate in Human Resource Management (Evening)

The Certificate in Human Resource Management program at Florida Atlantic University is designed to prepare individuals to be effective and integral members of an organization's Human Resource Management team. This program is developed by leaders in the Human Resource Management field and approved for recertification credits by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).


Program Overview

Human Resource Professionals account for almost 1 million jobs in the current economy. Because managing resources is critical to an organization's success, knowledgeable and skilled Human Resource professionals are always in high demand. Human Resource professionals have evolved from behind-the-scenes administrators to leading the company in acquiring top talent and changing policies.


Program Format

  • The program is offered on Wednesdays, either on campus or live virtually.
  • The program dates are from May 6 to August 5, 2026, with classes held from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
  • The program consists of 42 hours, equivalent to 4.2 CEUs, and is divided into 14 sessions.
  • The price for the program is $1,595, with an early bird discount of $1,435.50 for registration and payment by April 5, 2026.
