نظرة عامة على البرنامج

Master of Business Administration

The JBS online Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a fully online qualification designed for working professionals who want to broaden their strategic leadership capabilities while tailoring their learning to a relevant industry pathway. Alongside elective streams in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation, Leadership and Digital Transformation, the MBA offers a structured Healthcare Management option for professionals who want to lead and improve performance in healthcare organisations.

Programme Overview

The healthcare pathway starts with a compulsory foundation module and then progresses into specialist healthcare electives that cover the full spectrum of modern healthcare management, operations and systems improvement, healthcare economics, innovation and technology, legislation and ethics, and data-driven decision-making.

Delivery and Assessment

Delivered by professors of practice, the programme prioritises real-world application and equips you with the knowledge and tools to solve complex organisational challenges. The MBA is completed through a capstone project (instead of a thesis), in which you unpack a real business problem and develop a workable solution under academic supervision, ideal for applying your learning directly to your healthcare and other contexts.
