Siber GŘvenlik Sertifika Program
Amaš
The purpose of this education program is to teach participants the technical and legal aspects of cyber security, to provide the ability to design and support a secure network infrastructure, and to provide the knowledge and skills to perform penetration testing and vulnerability analysis.
Eitim Hedefleri
The program aims to provide participants with the following skills:
- Apply secure data encryption methods using block and stream encryption techniques.
- Evaluate the use and security level of cryptographic hash functions.
- Analyze and apply authenticated encryption and lightweight cryptography methods.
- Understand the basic principles of public key cryptography and apply secure key management processes.
- Identify and prevent side-channel attacks.
- Evaluate post-quantum cryptography methods and their potential impact.
- Understand how blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies work in terms of security and develop secure applications.
- Comprehend the legal framework for personal data protection under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
- Understand how personal data is processed in the digital world and develop secure data management policies.
- Identify key responsibilities and legal bases in data processing and minimize risks.
- Learn about consent management, international data transfers, and the role of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) under GDPR.
- Analyze personal data processing in technologies like artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing.
- Develop security measures based on the principles of privacy by design and privacy by default.
Bavuru Koullar
The program is open to undergraduate and graduate students, IT professionals, lawyers, system administrators, and anyone interested in cyber security. Participants are expected to have basic knowledge of Linux, terminal use, and networking.

The program consists of 75 hours of education.
Eitim Dili
The program is conducted in Turkish, with some English content used in the courses.
Belgelendirme
Participants who complete the program with at least 80% attendance and pass the exams will receive a "Sertifika Belgesi" (Certificate of Completion). Participants who complete the program with at least 80% attendance but fail the exams will receive a "Katlm belgesi" (Participation Certificate).

Konu Balklar
The program consists of 6 main modules:
- Kriptografi (18 hours): Block ciphers, stream ciphers, cryptographic hash functions, authenticated encryption, lightweight cryptography, public key cryptography, side-channel attacks, post-quantum cryptography, blockchain, and cryptocurrency technologies.
- GDPR and KVKK Regulations for Personal Data Protection (6 hours): Introduction to the digital world and personal data, purpose of legal regulations, GDPR and KVKK scope, opportunities and threats, artificial intelligence and personal data, basic concepts, data controller and data processor, checklists, data protection principles, legal bases for data processing, consent, international data transfers, DPO, and privacy by design.
- Legal Aspects of Cyber Security (3 hours): Cybercrime, crimes committed through cyber means, and virtual crimes, cybercrimes in the Turkish Penal Code, cybercrime investigations, white-hat hacking, penetration testing contracts, and legal requirements.
- A GŘvenlii (30 hours): Securing networks, network threats, threat reduction, secure device access, role assignment, device monitoring and management, authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA), access control lists (ACL), firewall technologies, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), endpoint security, layer 2 security, cryptographic services, integrity and authenticity, public key cryptography, VPN, and network security testing.
- Szma Testi ve Zafiyet Analizi (15 hours): Differences between penetration testing and vulnerability analysis, types of penetration testing, penetration testing phases, passive and active discovery, Metasploit framework, vulnerability exploitation, post-exploitation information gathering, privilege escalation, persistence, social engineering, and password attacks.
- Web GŘvenlii (3 hours): SQL injection attacks, cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks, cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks.
