3. Work Experience: University graduates with three years of work experience, or those with equivalent qualifications and five years of work experience.
4. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Learning Mode and Location

The program is non-full-time, with classes held on weekends at Jiangnan University.

Certificate Awarding

Upon completing the program, passing the thesis defense, and being approved by the university's degree evaluation committee, students will be awarded a Master's degree in Engineering Management (MEM) and a graduate diploma from Jiangnan University.

• Duration: 2.5 years
• Tuition Fees: RMB 51,200 per year, totaling RMB 128,000 for the entire program.
