Admission Requirements

• Minimum Requirements: For those who completed secondary education in 2026, the requirements include passing at least 3 state exams (Lithuanian language and literature, mathematics, and one elective subject) with results not lower than the basic achievement level. The arithmetic mean of the three exam results must be at least 50 points.

Competitive Score

The competitive score is calculated based on the results of state exams and other achievements. The subjects and their coefficients are:

• History: exam, coefficient 0.4
• Geography or foreign language, or mathematics, or information technology: exam or annual grade (A level), coefficient 0.2
• Any subject not overlapping with others: exam or annual grade (A level), coefficient 0.2
• Lithuanian language and literature: exam, coefficient 0.2

Additional Points

Additional points can be awarded for achievements demonstrating activity, knowledge, and initiative, such as winning places in olympiads or contests, high grades in the final project, or volunteer work. Up to 2.5 additional points can be added to the competitive score when applying for state-funded, state-funded with a scholarship, or non-state-funded places.

Application Steps

1. Choose a Study Program: Get acquainted with all the offered bachelor's and integrated study programs and their requirements. Evaluate your interests, strengths, and professional ambitions.
2. Check for Additional Requirements: For most applicants, it's enough to know the subjects included in the competitive score and meet the minimum requirements. However, in some cases, additional diploma recognition and/or grade conversion might be required.
3. Submit an Application via LAMA BPO: During the general admission, applications are submitted through the LAMA BPO system.
4. Wait for an Invitation to Study and Sign a Contract: After receiving an invitation to study, first, you need to pay the registration fee. The study contract must be signed by the deadline; otherwise, the invitation to study becomes invalid.

Study Results

Upon completing the program, graduates will be able to:

• Understand the peculiarities of students' (with or without special educational needs) cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
• Identify suicidal, delinquent behavior tendencies and provide timely assistance.
• Know various research methodologies, adhering to the researcher's ethics, and be able to theoretically and empirically analyze a chosen educational problem, conducting pedagogical activity research.
• Collect information about the learning and progress of students in the studied subject from various sources, analyze, interpret, critically evaluate the research results, and draw conclusions based on them.

Financing

• Annual Tuition Fee for a non-state-funded place: 4,108 EUR.
• Scholarships: Students can apply for scholarships based on good academic performance, active scientific, sports, or social activities, and social support in difficult life situations.

State-Funded Loans

Students can use state-funded loans administered by the State Studies Foundation, which are intended to help finance studies and living expenses during the study period. Possible loan types include:

• Loan for tuition fees.
• Loan for living expenses.
• Loan for partial studies abroad.

Reduction of Tuition Fees

Tuition fees can be reduced in cases of:

• Active Scientific Activity: Up to 100% reduction, depending on achievements.
• Active Cultural Activity: Up to 90% reduction, depending on achievements.
• Active Sports: Up to 100% reduction, depending on sports achievements.
• University Employees: Up to 70% reduction for university employees working at least half a year without interruption.

Compensation of Tuition Fees

This is an opportunity for students to refund part or all of the paid tuition fees for high academic achievements.
