Duration of Study and Credits
The duration of study for the Master's program is generally three years, with a maximum of five years. The total credits required for the program are at least 28 credits, including:
- 24 credits for coursework (10 credits for public degree courses, 6 credits for professional degree courses, 4 credits for professional elective courses, and 4 credits for public elective courses)
- 2 credits for attending academic lectures/reports (at least 15 times)
- 2 credits for academic practice

Mandatory Segments
The program includes two mandatory segments:
- Academic lectures/reports (2 credits): students must attend at least 15 academic lectures/reports, including at least 5 research seminars organized by the Graduate School, and at least 2 humanistic and aesthetic quality lectures.
- Academic practice (2 credits): students must participate in academic practice activities, such as research seminars, summer schools, academic innovation forums, science and technology competitions, or international conferences.
Thesis
The program requires students to complete a thesis, which must meet the basic requirements outlined in the "Basic Requirements for Doctoral and Master's Degrees in First-Level Disciplines" published by the Higher Education Press. Students must determine their research direction under the guidance of their supervisor, and complete a thesis proposal and opening report. The thesis will be evaluated and defended according to the school's regulations.
