Introduction to the University Program
The university held a workshop on intelligent course design, application, and operation, aiming to enhance teachers' ability to apply AI in teaching and improve the construction of intelligent courses.
Program Details
The workshop, titled "Intelligent Course Design, Application, and Operation," was held on December 13-14. It was jointly organized by the Education Research and Evaluation Center (Teacher Development Center) and the Know-Do Teacher Development Platform. The workshop attracted 23 core teachers from the university, who participated in offline training, while some teachers joined online through live streaming.
Program Objectives
The workshop focused on intelligent course design and operation, exploring the practical path and innovative methods of intelligent course construction. It covered topics such as AI-enabled teaching innovation, intelligent course design, and intelligent course application cases.
Program Content
On December 13, Professor Su Yongkang from Shanghai Jiao Tong University explained the core concept of "human-centered" intelligent courses and demonstrated the design process through typical cases. On December 14, Professor Zhu Yonghai from Capital Normal University discussed the hotspots of AI integration in education and teaching, and systematically explained the operational points of intelligent course running, such as lesson preparation, classroom implementation, and post-class extension.
Program Outcomes
The workshop enabled teachers to broaden their understanding of AI technology in teaching and learn the core methods of intelligent course design, operation, and optimization. After the training, the university plans to further mobilize the participating teachers to strengthen their course construction and organize experience-sharing activities to promote the construction of intelligent courses.
Future Plans
The university aims to deepen the integration of AI technology and daily teaching, laying a solid foundation for building a new intelligent education ecosystem and cultivating high-level intelligent courses.
