The Public Administration (MPA) program at Shandong Normal University was established in 2005, making it one of the first MPA programs in Shandong Province. The program is designed to cultivate high-level, professional, and applied management talents.

Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a citizen of the People's Republic of China
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Have at least 3 years of work experience (or 5 years for those with a junior college diploma or equivalent)
- Meet the physical health standards set by the state and the university
- Pass the entrance examination
Application Procedure
The application procedure consists of two stages: online registration and online confirmation.
- Online registration: Applicants must register online and fill out the application form, which includes personal information, educational background, and work experience.

Tuition Fees
The tuition fee for the non-full-time MPA program is 20,000 yuan per academic year, paid over three years.
