Program Overview

The postgraduate studies in Organization and Production Management at the Poznan University of Technology aim to provide participants with a broad understanding of various issues related to production flow, information, and resource management. • The program combines concepts of Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, and Six Sigma, covering knowledge and practice related to:
  • production management strategies and planning and control methods
  • process analysis, problem-solving, and change management
  • implementation of methods and tools affecting production process stabilization (TPM, SMED, 5S, work standardization, and others)
  • leadership, employee competence development, remuneration strategies, and talent management
• The program is taught by practitioners from leading companies in the region, with selected classes held in production companies
• The program includes workshops, simulation exercises, and business games, with some classes conducted remotely
• The program combines engineering issues with the latest trends in production management

Program Structure

• The program consists of 2 semesters
• Classes are held on Fridays from 16:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays from 08:00 to 15:00

Tuition Fee

• The total cost of the program is 5500 z (including the cost of issuing a certificate)
• There is no recruitment fee
• It is possible to pay the fee in installments (2 x 2750 z)
• The first payment is due in September 2026, regardless of the application date
