Program Overview
The Konkordato Komiserlii Eitimi (Concordat Commissioner Training) is a 4-day, 36-hour training program designed to equip participants with the necessary legal, financial, and administrative knowledge and skills to perform the duties of a concordat commissioner.
Program Objectives
The program aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the concordat process, including its legal framework, financial analysis, and reporting requirements. Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:
- Understand the legal framework of the concordat process
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare concordat projects
- Fulfill the duties of a concordat commissioner in accordance with the relevant legislation
Program Content
The program consists of four days of training, covering the following topics:
- Day 1: Introduction to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law
- Introduction to insolvency and bankruptcy law
- Basic concepts and terminology
- Insolvency and bankruptcy procedures
- Day 2: Concordat Law
- Overview of concordat law
- Types of concordat
- Duties and responsibilities of a concordat commissioner
- Day 3: Accounting, Finance, and Business Management
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Accounting and financial management
- Business management and crisis management
- Day 4: Concordat Project and Reporting
- Preparation of concordat projects
- Reporting requirements and procedures
- Best practices in concordat management
Admission Criteria
To be eligible for the program, participants must:
- Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, economics, business administration)
- Have at least five years of professional experience
- Meet the requirements specified in the Concordat Commissioner Regulation
Tuition Fee
The tuition fee for the program is 6,000.00.
Program Venue
The program will be held at the Ege University Atat³rk Cultural Center, Seminer Odas B and C, Mithatpaa Caddesi No: 92/A, Kat: 1, Konak, zmir.
Program Capacity
The program has a limited capacity of 35 participants. The program will only be opened if the minimum number of participants is reached.
Certificate of Participation
Participants who complete the program will receive a Certificate of Participation.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet the requirements specified in the Concordat Commissioner Regulation. The program organizers are not responsible for any consequences arising from a participant's failure to meet these requirements.
