Within the scope of this training program; Focusing on the control of compressed air power with electrical signals, basic circuit design and fault finding techniques are covered. Participants recognize and design electro-pneumatic systems in accordance with industrial standards and realize applications based on real-world scenarios.

Purpose of Education

Participants in the training should have basic knowledge about the working principles and circuit elements of Pneumatic and Electro-Pneumatic systems used in industrial automation systems; They can read and design circuit diagrams of these systems and realize basic industrial application circuits in accordance with design rules.

• Academic Groups: Associate, Undergraduate and Postgraduate students studying in the fields of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, Control and Automation Engineering and Automotive
• Technical Education Groups: Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools; Technicians and technicians who graduated from Industrial Automation Technologies, Machinery Technology, Ship Machinery, Electrical-Electronics Technology departments.
• Sector Professionals: Technical personnel working in the maintenance-repair, production, design and R&D departments of factories who want to specialize in fluid power systems.
• Professional Development Candidates: High school graduates who want to pursue a career in industrial automation and pneumatic systems or pursue a profession in this field.

• Importance, advantages, disadvantages of pneumatics
• Pneumatic Circuit Elements Structure and Working Features. Preparation of compressed air
• Compressor types, air drying methods, conditioners, filters
• Pneumatic Acting Elements (Cylinders and motors), pipes
• Control Valves (Direction, Pressure, Flow) and Working Principles
• System Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Occupational Safety Procedures
• Relay Control and Basic Logic Gates, Sensor Technologies (Magnetic, Optical, Capacitive) and Signal Processing
• Drawing of the Pneumatic Circuit and points to consider
• Complex Industrial Automation Scenarios and Applications (Simulations of applications made with the pneumatic drawing program will be made and the simulated circuits will be realized as applications.)
