• Certificate: Participants who complete 80% of the program and successfully finish the program evaluation will receive a certificate. Additionally, participants who meet the attendance requirement will be eligible for a participation certificate.
• Program Format: The program includes interactive sessions, question-and-answer parts, and case analyses. This year, the program will also feature new interactive applications.
