Program Overview

The Aþlk Program at Beykent University aims to train young executive chefs who can compete internationally, while preserving and promoting the rich Turkish culinary culture academically.

Program Details

• The program duration is two years, with Turkish as the language of instruction.
• Students are required to complete a 30-day internship, with the Career Center assisting in finding internship opportunities.
• An optional English Preparatory Class is available.
• Second-education classes take place from 16:00 to 22:00, with some classes having varying start times.
