The program helps educators identify and move away from harmful or inappropriate discipline practices, replacing them with positive strategies that uphold each child's dignity, emotional wellbeing, and sense of belonging.

• Stop harmful habits: why biting, hitting, or denying comfort items doesn't work, and what to do instead
• Apply practical strategies to guide children's behaviour positively and respectfully
• Build secure relationships that support each child's emotional wellbeing and learning
• Streamlined professional training in under two hours, on your schedule
• Practical, real-world strategies your team can use immediately

Core Skills for Real-World Success

The program enables teams to complete the course with strengths in:

• Addressing Inappropriate Discipline: discover what inappropriate discipline looks like in early childhood settings, and what to do instead
• Foundations of Connection: understand Quality Area 5, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and the Circle of Security
• Strategies for Challenging Moments: strategies to guide children's behaviour positively, including emotional regulation, stress management, safe responses, and self-reflection

Fees

The program fees are:

• For 1-20 participants: $1,100 + GST per workshop
• For 21-35 participants: $1,800 + GST per workshop
