Introduction to the Program

The Manager of National and International Projects for Organizations program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage projects at a national and international level. This program is offered at several campuses, including Bordeaux, Lyon, Paris Courbevoie, Rennes, and Toulouse.

Objectives of the Program

The objectives of the Bac+5 Social Innovation and Responsible Finance program include:


  • Designing and piloting innovative projects adapted to the needs of territories and organizations
  • Developing expertise in managing multi-actor projects in the social and solidarity economy (ESS)
  • Integrating geopolitical, social, and environmental issues into innovation strategies
  • Measuring the social, economic, and environmental impact of projects
  • Accompanying organizations in their transformation and change management
  • Fostering cooperation between public, private, and associative actors to maximize social impact

Program Structure

The program is structured into several blocks, including:


Block 1: Defining a Development Strategy for the Organization

  • Identifying socio-economic, geopolitical, public policy, and call for expression of interest issues
  • Analyzing the organization's activities and sector of activity
  • Formalizing the organization's business model
  • Defining performance objectives
  • Identifying different types of risks

Block 2: Designing Products, Services, and Processes

  • Identifying innovation axes based on prospective analysis
  • Analyzing the needs of territorial targets
  • Developing innovative solutions
  • Planning project management
  • Elaborating financial, legal, and organizational scenarios for the structure

Block 3: Piloting the Operational Implementation of Development Projects

  • Contributing to budgetary and financial management
  • Analyzing project performance
  • Implementing a human resources policy
  • Identifying the legal context
  • Defining the axes of the continuous improvement approach

Block 4: Managing and Animating Multicultural and Multidisciplinary Teams

  • Contributing to budgetary and financial management

  • Synthesis folder in group
  • Individual or group oral presentations

Fees and Administrative Information

  • Initial Track: 9,950 in the 4th year, 10,200 in the 5th year
  • Alternation Track: Fully covered by the OPCO of the hosting company and the company itself. The student has no remaining balance to pay.
  • For companies, the training cost is 11,500 per year.
  • The program is accessible through VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience) and eligible for CPF (Personal Training Account).
  • Possibility to validate one or more blocks of skills.
