Organizational Management and Leadership
The Organizational Management and Leadership program at North Park University is designed to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to lead people, departments, and organizations. This major offers a strong management foundation focusing on leadership development, employee growth, and conflict and change management.
Program Overview
The program allows students to build their leadership style while advancing their career and increasing earning potential. It is available as a Degree Completion Major (BA) or a Degree Completion Minor.

- ORG 4074 – Leadership and Management: This course examines the roles of leadership, managing people and change, and total quality management. It also presents the firm's mission and its relation to the individual, including performance appraisals, issues of gender and cultural diversity, negotiation techniques, hiring, and termination analysis. The characteristics of the ethical organization are also examined.
