Program Overview

Admissions

To be considered eligible for the program, applicants must:

• Hold an MB BAO BCh degree (or equivalent) recognized by the World Health Organization.
• Be working in a clinical post and have a clinical supervisor (if planning to complete a primary research project).
• Be able to attend all face-to-face classes on the RCSI campus in Dublin, Ireland.

English Language Requirement

Applicants must have an IELTS score of >6.5 (or equivalent) in all sections, or have completed undergraduate or postgraduate studies full-time in the medium of English.

Fees and Funding

The total fee for the program is 9,050, with a payment structure that includes an initial payment of 1,500 + 45 NUI fee, followed by subsequent payments. NCHDs working in the HSE full-time may be eligible for funding through the Continuous Professional Development Support Scheme (CPD-SS) and the Training Supports Scheme (TSS).
