Program Description
This immersive class invites active participation, refining the palate through guided wine tastings. It discovers the art of harmonizing wine and food, unlocking a symphony of flavors while immersing participants in national and international wine cultures. The program dives into the essence of viticulture, exploring diverse grape varietals and gaining insights into production techniques to develop a profound appreciation for the intricate alchemy behind the finished product.

- Instructor: Todd Vucovich, a Certified Specialist of Wine with the Society of Wine Educators

Instructor Background
Todd Vucovich is a founding board member and former president and executive director of the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation, and a longtime judge and judging coordinator for the Sandestin Wine Festival and South Walton Beaches Wine and Food Festival. He currently works at the East Hill Bottle Shop, where he coordinates wine tastings.
