Effective Conflict Management Program

The Effective Conflict Management program is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage conflicts effectively in the workplace. Conflicts are inevitable, but effective management is key to creating a harmonious and productive work environment.


Program Overview

The program covers key aspects of conflict management, including understanding conflict situations, choosing effective response styles, managing interpersonal interactions, and resolving disputes with clients. Participants will learn to develop listening skills, apply negotiation techniques, and work with "difficult" people, minimizing stress and increasing productivity.

  1. Introduction. Basic sources of organizational conflicts. Negative consequences of conflicts. Root causes of conflicts
  2. Conflict management styles. Habits of effective managers. Approaches to responding to conflict situations. Self-analysis of conflict management style. Active listening skills
  3. Conflict resolution. Strategies for working with conflicts. The art of "Ninja" negotiations. Interpersonal conflict resolution. Working with "difficult" people: typology and interaction strategies
  4. Conflict resolution with clients. Strategies for resolving conflicts with clients. Methods for improving service quality in conflict situations
