Mini-Stay Programmes

About this course

The Emerald Mini-Stay Programmes are offered between the months of September and June and are designed for groups of young learners and school groups with their teachers. Mini-Stay programmes at the Emerald Cultural Institute are often tailored to the specific needs of the group.

The Mini-Stay programmes encourage students to develop their language skills in a natural, everyday context. We offer two types of programme: our Standard Mini-Stay Programmes and our more specialised Mini-Stay Plus Programmes.

Mini-Stay Plus Programme options

• English for the workplace plus agriculture/agritourism
• English for the workplace plus sustainable environment
• English plus hospitality and tourism

Programme details

• Location: Dublin, Ireland
• Age: 13 - 17
• Duration: Flexible
• Class Size: Maximum 15
• Tuition: 15 or 20 hours of group tuition per week in closed groups
• Levels: CEFR A0 - CEFR C1
• Course Code: JWP
• Start Dates: Every Monday, September - May

The mini-stay programme includes

• Expert English language tuition
• Accommodation in carefully selected host families (hotel, hostel or residential accommodation can also be arranged, subject to availability)
• Return airport transfers
• Emerald Welcome Kit with map and student card
• Support and advice of a specialised Emerald Activity Coordinator
• Emerald Certificate at the end of the course
