Overview

The Material Science and Engineering program at the University at Buffalo (UB) is designed for students who are passionate about chemistry and data, and want to make a difference in the world by creating stronger, safer, and more sustainable materials.

What will I learn?

• Classes and labs in physics, calculus, and chemistry
• Courses focused on thermodynamics, kinetics, properties of materials, and methods for characterizing materials
