The Master of Arts in Teaching: Special Education program prepares educators to work with students with diverse needs in P-12 settings. The program offers two certification tracks: Special Education General Curriculum (P-12) and Special Education Deaf Education (P-12). Core classes cover topics such as serving students with diverse needs, classroom management, and assessment. Students also complete an internship or clinical practice in teaching.
