This 52-week, face-to-face program equips students with the skills and knowledge to lead and manage organizational change, develop business plans, and manage innovation. It includes core units in critical thinking, leadership, and business planning, as well as elective units in communication, workforce planning, and corporate social responsibility. Graduates are prepared for careers in senior management roles, such as Senior Administrator, Senior Executive, and Department Manager.
