The Master of Arts in Management and Leadership is a graduate degree program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop innovative strategies to manage, inspire, and motivate people in today's world.

• Dual Master's Degree Option: Combine the people-focused skills of the Management and Leadership degree with the broad business perspective of an MBA.
• Emphasis Areas: Cybersecurity, Digital Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, Health Administration, Marketing, Organizational Development and Change, or Project Management.
• Accreditation: The George H. Walker School of Business & Technology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) for the MA in Management and Leadership.
