This 6-8 week program provides 120 hours of in-class education in healthcare communication, covering foundational concepts, terminology, and practical skills. Graduates develop competency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening within healthcare settings, preparing them for roles in health centers, clinics, hospitals, and medical offices. The program is approved by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) and leads to a certificate in English for Healthcare Professionals.
