The New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 3) equips students with the skills and knowledge to excel in cafes and unlicensed restaurants. The program covers food preparation and service, barista skills, kitchen health and safety, and customer service. Students participate in culinary events and complete courses in Food and Beverage Service, Cafe Services, and Barista. The program prepares students for entry-level positions in the hospitality industry.
